3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: No penalty

• Cancellations within 48 hours: Subject to a $100 cancellation fee

• No-shows or same-day cancellations: Charged full minimum service fee

You may reschedule subject to crew availability.

4. Payment Terms

​

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash

• Major credit/debit cards

• Zelle or Venmo

A deposit may be required for long-distance or large-volume moves.

5. Liability & Damages

​

Our movers take great care, but in the event of damage:

• All claims must be reported within 48 hours of the move

• Our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per item, unless additional coverage is purchased

• We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Electronics not packed by our team

  • Fragile items not disclosed in advance.

 

6. Prohibited Items

 

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials

• Explosives, flammables

• Perishable food

• Pets or live animals

• Jewelry, cash, or legal documents (we recommend you move these personally)

7. Customer Responsibilities

​

• You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking

• Be present or have a representative on-site during the move

• Ensure elevators, parking, and building access are pre-arranged

• Secure valuables and confidential items.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

​

We are not liable for delays due to:

• Traffic, weather, or mechanical issues

• Acts of God, government shutdowns, or natural disasters

We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any such delays.

You may not use our site for unlawful or harmful purposes.
